WELCOME TO THE VILLAGE OF RIPLEY!

The Village of Ripley is located on the Ohio River in Brown County.  We have a proud abolitionist history where our citizens helped thousands of slaves to freedom on the Underground Railroad.  Two of those homes are still visited by thousands each year as living monuments to a noble history.  Ripley also offers water recreation and quiet beauty.  We would love for you to visit and experience Ripley for yourself.
