Duke Energy asked us to pass the following information along to residents. This work will be in the area of Red Oak Creek because of the upcoming bridge replacement in 2025:
As a part of our continued effort to improve pipeline operations throughout our service territory, we are designing a natural gas relocation project, known as the Ripley Bridge Main Relocation Project.
Representatives of Duke Energy’s engineering and survey team will be performing surveys in the area for this infrastructure project. We may need to briefly enter the outside of your properties to conduct field studies. This survey work does not automatically mean your property will fall in or along the project area boundaries.
We plan to begin the field work in your area within the next few weeks. This work should take a few weeks to complete, although we will only need anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to complete the work on some private properties. It is not necessary for you to be home during this time and we will make every effort to minimize any disruption to you.
If you have any questions about this survey work, please contact Logan Kucera, right-of-way agent from Percheron, at 513.560.2116 or at [email protected].
