Due to decreased staffing levels earlier this year and other competing priorities, utility meter readings were estimated for several billing cycles. 

We realize this inconsistency has resulted in bills that were larger than expected. 

In order to help our customers adjust, the Village has waived late fees for the September billing cycle. 

Normal late fees will resume for the October bills that will become overdue on October 21, 2024.
