The Village of Ripley will be receiving Bids for the demolition of 2 properties located at 40 North Second st . and 23 North Third Street Ripley ,Ohio 45167 . Deadline for  Sealed Bids is  September 21st at 4pm . Bids must include ALL costs for demolition , debris removal , and site restoration ( seed and straw ) . Contractors must provide proof of liability insurance . All work must comply with local , state and federal regulations regarding hazardous materials and waste disposal .
